The Embarrassment of Tennessee

For many people it takes a lifetime to build up a reputation that precedes them. For others, it takes just one moment in time. With a football program falling apart faster than Barack Obama's support from the Jewish community, Tennessee has been in the news this week for all the wrong reasons. David Kernell, a University of Tennessee student and the son of State Representative Mike Kernell of Memphis has been accused of hacking into Sarah Palin's personal Yahoo email account. The younger Kernell seems to be flaunting his "accomplishment" and appears oblivious to the fact that the FBI is investigating him. Regardless young man, congratulations, you have embarrassed the state of Tennessee by putting us in the news for all the wrong reasons. I am sure you are a fine young man just like your attorney suggests. Here is to hoping your next few years of study come in a prison library.
